Waterminds UX Design

I was hired to create a brand new IOT device monitoring and analysis interface with integrated alarm management. The aggressive timeline on the project required rapidly performing stakeholder interviews and alignment and performing competitive analysis and user research within a few weeks, before moving into concepting, wireframing, and review/iteration. Ultimately, an intuitive map-centric interface was designed, with panels that could be pulled into the map or expanded to a full view, which were also accessible from list views. This created a highly flexible interface to dive into to analyze as the user desired. A design system was also created to build a scalable, consistent experience.
