Inn-Flow Redesign & Expansion

I began working with Inn-Flow on a small project to update a few pages on their aging Hotel Management Platform. After establishing a working relationship, the company asked me for my perspective on a ground-up overhaul, with a modern architecture and design. I presented a few concepts, and the simple project grew into a several-year relationship where I created, launched, and maintained a complex, full-service hotel management platform. Countless alignment workshops, discussions, research exercises, and designs went into creating one of the fastest-growing hotel management platforms available. This project included 15+ modules, redesigning from the legacy platform over, all built around a design system I created, which has scaled to support the ongoing expansion of the platform.
